I did Heather (and I should have put a link to this; thanks for remedying that).
The officer you dealt with at Staffordshire was the same I dealt with.
And I had pretty much the same experience.
What I found unusual was that in three cases were they initially refused information this was overturned in the internal review. Cynically I generally thought they just rubber-stamped the original decisions but in this case it has worked.
Also; the British Transport Police told me they didn't use UAVs but a newspaper clipping quoting them says otherwise. I've sent that to them asking if they can explain the contradiction - no reply a month later.
